This fest was my absolute first venture into writing in fandom, any fandom, and it was because I just had to, you know?  Criminal Minds had just shafted it's two awesome female lead characters and I was really starting to have my eyes opened by the brilliant and passionate people in fandom about feminism.  It was a reeducation and how.  As I'm starting the withdrawal process from livejournal I really didn't want to lose these little milestones.  Everything is PG, with maybe an upgrade to R for swearing only.
