Yeah, Blue does a lot. It's intense. But you don't need everybody to be at the concert run through at once. We can sort out lighting and most of the sound stuff without him, and we don't need him at all for Lottie's set. And the band is already doing practices, right? So they can do those in the Room instead of in the music rooms.
Plus, if we're really lucky, the Room will just do whatever is needed during the concert, meaning we probably only need to do one full technical rehearsal.
I've got the set up for basic spots already, so, so long as nobody moves around the stage too much, they'll all be visible. Although I had an idea about tying follow spots to a badge or something, and then they'll track the performers by themselves. It was Auggie's idea, really, because he was researching the sort of tracking charms Aurors use, but I'm sure I can adapt it to the lights.
I mean, we're still trying to find a way to let people have a Do Not Disturb sign thing in case they shouldn't be interrupted. And for it to not, like, follow us into the toilets or bathrooms or things. And we'd ask everyone first, because I'm pretty sure we'd have to cast the charms individually, unless there was some way to do it on the castle as a whole.
Not always! I mean, okay, yes, technically, the tracking would always be on, but it would only be checked for actual emergencies. What if someone else gets hurt and nobody knows where you are to tell you nicely before other people say sh- stuff?!
The best.
