*Aubrey doesn’t know if the recipe is French or specifically Cade’s dad’s, but it’s straight forward to follow and consistently produces excellent hot chocolate, so it’s worth the effort of doing more then scooping powder from a jar.* What was it you called it? The thing where you sort all the ingredients out before you start? I have come around on that being a good way to cook.
