I've come to terms with the fact that some of the art I love is made by people I don't care for, probably from doing interviews with bands for all the years that I did. Conversely I love some people that make terrible work. It does make me sad if Ross McElwee is an asshole, but he makes good work that makes me happy and I love this girl named Amy who makes excellent work. Plus, we partied with Deborah Stratman, and that's pretty awesome
