Oh my goodness, that sounds fun! I have always wanted to time a visit to japan around a Department H event.
I'm so sad that you have to leave too. :C

You look absolutely gorgeous in all of those pictures! Holy crap, the cosmetics model one!

It's the first Saturday of each month and it's... ... well, it's something. I've been summing it up as "I saw a guy get his asshole spit on." The party I went to this weekend was more fun, I think, because there's no dancing at Department H and I love to dance! ;_;

Thank you!! I keep staring at my teeth in the cosmetics model pic and grimacing, but then I'm like, "no, no, look at your eyes... you love your eyes!" The worst part, though, was that it was 88 degrees and SO humid, so it felt more like 90+... and my makeup started to straight melt off my face. Whomp whomppppp.

Holy CRAP, you look amazing in this! *A* Seriously. AMAZING.

Wow, it sounds like you had such an amazing time...it's true, you really are lucky, I have to say I'm kinda jealous. ;3 But I KNOW good things are in store for you and Pillow. *big hugs* I'm still kinda bummed I couldn't swing trying to go to Japan to visit you like you offered when you first got there, but hey...life has other plans sometimes. But maybe someday, you can come down and visit Zack & I! Heh. XD

Thank you!! It was a really ego-boosting couple of hours, I tell you what.

The worst thing about having an awesome time by yourself is not being able to share it with everyone you love! It would have been great to have you here and show you around. And haaa, maybe I'll come back to Texas... ...maybe... but wouldn't you rather come to Boston? It has seasons!! ;D

Haha, that's true! I've never been to Boston. ;D

I would love to go to a festival and a shrine sometime - it sounds so much fun! I hope all of your wishes come true 46,000 times. :)

What a great deal on food! Sukiyaki costs about that much here in California - well, if you want it done right, that is. It's Kane's (that's my husband's name) favorite. :3

Isn't it amazing to have your makeup done by someone who actually knows what they're doing? I've had mine done twice, and was always sad when I washed it off and returned to being plain little me. That lipstick color is so hot. It looks like you sucked on a cherry popsicle, and it really brings out the green in your eyes.

The menu on the Japanese Denny's amuses me to no end, LOL.

Yeah! Going to festivals is really fun, and I am the kind of person who really appreciates religious architecture of any kind, so I never get tired of shrines and temples. And thank you! :D

I wish I had found that site earlier, because I would love to have the time to try all the places!

Can you believe she was 18 and had only been doing makeup for 3 months?? And I loved the lipcolor... I should email her and ask her what brand that was!

Ha, right?? Once I went with some Japanese friends and they got French toast and I got ramen. It was weirddddd.

I'm doing my best to do as much as possible... I feel like I wasted a hell of a lot of time because I wanted to do things with Pillow, but he wasn't here. Now that I have no choice, really, I'm just going for it.

Yeah, I... it's so bittersweet. I love it here. I feel like I have two homes, and I'm just returning to one of them from the other.

Ha! It was her, her fiance, and me, so I'm surprised we weren't transported to another world and told to kill a princess or something!!

She asked if I could come back on the 25th... I sure hope I can!

I COULDN'T RESIST IT so cute so cute.

Ha, well, even Starbucks was closed! I associate that with mornings way more than burgers.

They don't have waffles anymore, unless that's on the breakfast menu? :o I've only seen french toast, but they have it with ice cream, too.

I linked it in the entry just now! :3

Yeah, I hear ya about waiting too long. It's too bad that you couldn't do more with your hubby. Heck, it's too bad he couldn't enjoy Japan more, period! I just hope you can create great memories before you go X3 I knew it was time for me to go, but I don't see myself staying away for long.

lol, I wouldn't be surprised if you made the air - how often do they get cute Gundam singing foreigners in yukata?! *thumbs up*

I think the waffle with ice cream was on the dessert menu at Denny's XD; I was a little confused when I first got there and both pancakes and waffles were sweetened up and treated like junk food X3; Aw man, I miss Japanese Denny's ._. I want someplace I can go to get seasonal dessert menus and an always trusty omurice.

Aw man, maybe Starbucks IS just mornings there XD; I always noticed ramen and hamburger places being open late there, McDonald's usually has a couple of 24hrs locations in those places. I think they figure that people who are out late or drinking want to eat more than they want just coffee.
