ok so my dad is fucked up. hilariously fucked up. he owes like 10000 in back payments, which he is terrible at paying, because well a) hes lazy and spiteful of my mother(cant blame him for that) and b) hes building houses to sell so hes funneling all his money into the house instead of paying us
