So I read an MLK list of recommended YA titles a few weeks back and absently placed a few holds. The books came in, and I've pulled them into a neat little pile to read them. Then I notice something that seems weird to the point of conspiracy.

Are the dates you included the dates they were written or the dates that these particular editions were released? Maybe it's just the style of cover art that's "in" right now? Though I guess with your profession, you'd know if that's all it was. Hurm....
