Made Red Velvet cookies. Had to taste test with various toppings, since they weren't great on their own. (White chocolate drizzle, white chocolate across the entire top, cream cheese frosting across the entire top, a red velvet cookie cream cheese frosting sandwich

Mmmm. My mom made red velvet cupcakes for my brother's birthday, filled and frosted with a cream cheese/whipped cream/chocolate chip frosting...and they are so, so good. And also probably half of my daily calories. But worth it.
