Hey Alison,
What I appreciate about all of these lists is that it reminds me of some things that really really should be said. Life's too short. My only regrets in life are things I didn't say when I had the chance.
These phrases of your stuck out for me, because I realized that most everyone has these feelings for someone:
~I hate you to this day for ruining a part of my soul.
~I'm incredibly intimidated by you because of how good of a heart you have.
~I wish I had been able to meet you before your soul got so jaded.
I agree. I love reading these lists. I guess it's because a lot of the things on my lists, I'm too chicken to actually say to people. What can I say, I'm a big wuss.
My main issue is there is not 20 things I can think of. I usually say whats on my mind, so I have serious trouble compiling a list. Actually I couldnt even reach 5 last night.
I bet you could think of things if you tried real hard. Just remember it could always be things that you wanted to say in the past, but didn't. Things you would have said in a different way....not always something you are afraid or ashamed to say to people.
Sometimes I wish I was your older brother so I could beat the crap out of people who do you wrong. But luckily, I'm a sensible younger sister, so I can use my sarcastic wit and evil stares to take care of those who are not worth your thinking space. But I can definately agree that there will always be those people and those things to say. C'est la vie.
Sometimes I wish you were my older brother too because then I could have dated one of your hot friends when I was a teenager instead some of the losers I found for myself. :-)
You didn't do me any favors by being five years older. I'd be like "man, she's got some cute friends, oh wait, THEY'RE OLD." Actually, only one was really cute....so never mind. :-P
