Last night we had our first leaders meeting for the China trip. We sat at a big round table in Hunan's and ate tons of yummy Americanized Chinese food and talked about logistics for this summer. I can't believe that in four months I'll be in China! For anyone not clued into my little world... I am co-leading a 3 week mission trip to China this

Enjoy the americanized food now....they don't have sweet and sour anything over there! :) i ate coagulated pig's blood...but it was actually sort of fun. Bet you won't teach THAT in nutrition!!! :) I am so excited for you...put me on your update list! :)
