Jun 15, 2009 09:27

Hello hello! Two events are coming up this weekend that are definitely worth waiting for. Comic City 75 is a 6,000 space general convention, but the Osaka events always feature smaller, less-prolific circles and lots of booths selling swag and other goodies.

And right next to Comic City is the fabulous Gijinka Kingdom--1,123 Hetalia circles and ( Read more... )

Hey, Nook, how ya doing? I see you got some new hands, which is great!

Okay, I already had decided what I wanted from Ginjinka Kingdom~!

1. The Sunshine Hero America/Japan doujinshi anthology.
2. B*mpoc: I want her newest France/Canada doujin. She doesn't have a title yet though, I'm hoping she would update her site this week.
3. 107-shiki: her "Red" (Mr. Killer Queen) doujin.

Thank you so much and I enjoyed the latest batch of doujinshi I received.

Can do! And I was happy that both guys agreed to help me out--they're not only professionals, but both have great senses of humor and were kind enough to learn the process. We should definitely see them around in the future ( ... )

Sorry for replying so late, so would the 107-shiki doujin cost $17?

I'm ready to pay any time~!

Hello there, Little Nook!
I was wondering if I could throw in a request when you go to the GK Event? : D

A little bird told me SaiKare's going to be there, and if she's selling her newest one, [Book #7 Purple], I'd love to get it. If it's no trouble!
Thank you so much!

(And I never got to thank you for your shipments. Thank you so much for all the Prussian Doujinshi's! I've been waiting for more like crazy XD)

And also, add on one from the circle BDS, BuraRabu, her newest.

And from "a toast!"
Du bist einfach suss
http://ferroalloy.web.fc2.com/off.html

All will be in Airmail, $6. If you don't mind.
Thank you!

107-shiki? No problem! I'm anxious to see what her newest work's going to look like too...and those Prussia x Germany works are gorgeous! :)

And here’s your current estimate--there wasn't a price listed for "Purple", so I'll pick it up and bill you later.

//---

1. "BuraRabu" (BDS): $17 + $3 shipping
2. "Du bist einfach suss" (a toast!): $12+ $3 shipping
3. "Purple (Ei-Uke, Fu-Uke)" (107-shiki): TBD + TBD

Subtotal, doujinshi: $29

Shipping--$6 airmail, plus $3 x 2 titles: $12

Total: $41 + TBD

My Paypal address is details@thelittlenook.com, and by purchasing you're acknowledging that you're over 18 years old and not violating your local obscenity laws.

Thanks again and if you see anything else you'd like to have picked up don't be afraid to ask! *waves*

Glad you're back :D

Unfortunately, money's tight right now ):

I want this LietPol anthology:
http://tea.penne.jp/pants/top.html

That'll be it unless I can pull together some more cash ;_; (there is SO much more I want, though)
Thanks and take care!

Heya Sora, welcome back! And I totally understand about being short of cash...it happens and doujinshi's an expensive hobby, ne...

I'm touched that you requested an anthology anyway--it's a bit on the heavy side, so I'd have to ask $5 for shipping instead of the usual $3; I'm especially curious about what exactly "pants memorial day" will entail. :)

And here’s your current estimate:

//---

1. "pants memorial day" (anthology): $17 + $5 shipping

Subtotal, doujinshi: $17

Shipping--$6 airmail, plus $5 for the anthology: $11

Total: $28

//---

And as always, my Paypal address is details@thelittlenook.com. Thanks a million and if there's anything you'd like added to your list, feel free to let me know! *waves cheerfully*

Hi Sora,

This is Alex. I'm helping out Alicia with correspondence. I'm British so I'm hoping their my pants, not the American pants. This is just to confirm that Alicia was able to pick up the Anthology from Comic City. So the estimate above is the same,

All the best,

Alex

Aiya.. Gijinka Kingdom is so tempting...

I'm sorry I always provide vague requests, but my Japanese is poor and the few circles I'm watching the websites of don't seem to be going (Mother Mix and Rajitsu no Ringo being the main two)

But, as usual, I'd really appreciate any stand-out Lithuania x Russia titles if you happen to come across them. I actually had a more specific request for once, but I realized recently that they sold out, so I'm sure it'll be hard to find and definitely won't be at this event OTL So I'll store that hope away lol

Thanks so much for all you do!

Hello hello, and welcome back! Your requests are vague, but don't worry, I can definitely make do--I did a quick check and you're right, Mother Mix won't be at Gijinka, what a bummer!

But I do take time to look at all the tables and would be glad to keep my eyes peeled for Russia x Lithuanias for you; if any pop up I'll ask you about them and bill you later.

PS-What was the sold-out title you were looking for?

Thank you so much! ^__^

And the sold out title I was looking for is by Rajitsu no Ringo, I think it's called 『チャイルドフット』, if I read their offline section correctly. It's half art and have novel, but the sample page was just so tempting... And I love their illustrations, so I was sad to see it was sold out.

Heyas, is their site still online? The link I've got is a dead one, but if you'd like I can put "Childhood" on my shopping list and keep an eye out for it.

Also, I was looking for interesting Russia x Lithuanias at Gijinka Kingdom but I didn't see anything that made me go "Wow!"--sorry about that! *bows*
