Lisa, do u know any cheap b+b's or hostels to stay in in Edinburgh???

Err...theres quite a few...theres a hostel in the grassmarket, one at the bottom of the royal mile and another behind princes street...theres a fair few b+b's on st johns road but not too sure on prices.
I canf ind out if u like?

well if its no too much trouble was just wonderin just incase u knew, cos me and emma are comin over for the Darkcity festival at the end of May. its over in the university of edinbugh, is that far away??

Hostel wise the handiest ones would be-
They're all in the centre of Edinburgh and wud b handy for the uni and for all the rock/goth bars/clubs
Edinburgh Backpackers Hostel - 0.1 miles NW - 65 Cockburn St, Edinburgh, EH1 1BU - 0131 220 1717
Royal Mile Backpackers - 0.1 miles NE - 105 High St, Edinburgh, EH1 1SG - 0131 557 6120
Brodies 2 - 0.1 miles NE - 93 High St, Edinburgh, EH1 1SG - 0131 556 2223

it seems to average £15 a night or so
B+B wise there arent as many right in the city centre but edinburgh unis pretty easy to find...i found these 3
