Hectic day. Did a lot of driving all over town starting with lunch with
audurada and ending with a wheelchair bound stand up show while ignoring the right minority's latest (unsuccessful) attempt to topple the government.
Managed to stick to my routine though (mostly):
Day 2
Starting weight: 121 kg
Diet:
Met Auður at a restaurant downtown and while my prawn noodle salad was from the "healthy choice" menu it was swimming - no doubt very healthily - in oil. Calories = anyone's guess. Tasty though.
2 slices of rye with light cream cheese
1 skyr
1 chocolate milk
So same as yesterday except noodles instead of a green salad and no eggs. Total calories = 510 + the noodle salad. Any guesses?
Exercise: 21 minute on the treadmill, 1,6 km (went a bit slower since it was after 11pm, I was tired after the theater and didn't want to disturb the neighbors by playing loud music). But I added a couple of 3 kg weights I borrowed from a friend.
All this scheduling and errand running and record keeping is exhausting. Thankfully I can relax at work tomorrow.
