Day 5
Starting weight
118,8 kg - damn it! Up by 300 gr. The cheating really did have an effect. But it was expected. Onwards and downwards!
Diet
1 skyr, 1 chocolate milk, 2 slices of rye bread with light cream cheese. I'm just going to go ahead and call this "the usual".
Also one carrot as part of an audience participation thing in a musical art installation.
Made a noodle dish for dinner and ate about half. It was just noodles, chicken, vegetables. No oil. Oh and some coconut. Both dry flakes (to coat the chicken) and a splash of coconut milk in the broth.
Late night snack: 12 Ritz crackers with cream cheese. No regrets.
Exercise
20 minutes, 1,6 km on the treadmill like a good girl.
