I'm going to watch
Moon tonight - I hear it's good. But first...
Day 8
Weight
117,5 kg. Only 100 gr. I'm told weight loss results are 70% diet - 30% exercise. Which means I have to eat even less than I already am because I don't think I have the stamina for more exercise.
Diet
Two slices of rye with light cream cheese. 1 chocolate milk. Paprika and coconut soup from a deli - served with two slices of bread which I lathered with the rest of the cream cheese. Two eggs for dinner. It's 10pm - hopefully I won't experience any late night cravings.
Exercise
Swam 300 meters. No treadmill today.
