but I just e-mailed an appology to someone who used to be a friend way back. It really hasn't been super long ago, but it feels like it. For those of you who would remember her, Nancie. And I almost prefer it over going to the movies to watch GRINDHOUSE, ha.
I'm okay with my new job, but I have school to focus on also.
I think I'd love DAZED AND CONFUSED for some reason. I liked "THE STONED AGE", but it seemed a rip-off of DAZED...I also like "THAT '70s SHOW", even if it's a guilty pleasure in some way...I just love the '70s Americana stuff as well...
...but what about that whole ACCURACY thing...can you really make it PERFECTLY accurate ? I guess not...there's no perfection in art, usually...but I could be wrong and would like to be proved wrong.

I'm just working myself, but I AM looking to go to school in about a year or so.
As for Grindhouse......Rodriguez was great. Tarantino still hasn't changed. I love Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction is phenominal too, but Tarantino hasn't developed his style in the past decade or so that he's been making movies. I like to see ALL artists progress in their work, not make a career out of the same formula for every film. Chuck Norris, Charles Bronson, Steven Segall, Jean Claude.....they all made the SAME movies over and over again, and nobody can take them seriously anymore. I feel the same way about Quentin.
