To me at least, there is nothing more incredible than the feeling of running four miles and having the chance to stretch out and watch the Ohio river flow on as far as the eye can see. It is such a fantastic feeling to be aware of absolutely everything in and around me after I have a hard run! I can't help but feel a little bit spiritual during ( Read more... )

YES YOU WILL, GODDDAMNIT.

I started out being able to run only half a mile with breaks. Keep at it and you'll improve naturally!

That or descend into hell and come back as a darker, emotionally distraught Bill with a tattered leather trenchcoat, etc.
