Start by looking at the main brand's sites....

Baby and Meta ship overseas. Angelic Pretty does too, but only from their english site, which usually doesn't have all items listed. I usually don't ever buy directly from brands because it's so expensive. You can look on the sites to find dresses you like or you can look at places like the lolita stock photo pool to see older releases. Once you find something you like, or if you just wanna browse, you can go to auction sites.
Yahoo! Japan:
Searching here is like eBay; you have to type in search terms. Here is a helpful guide of Japanese search terms. However you often get more results for some brands by using English terms. For example, I use "baby stars" for BTSSB and just "angelic pretty" for AP, and I get a ton of results. When you click on an item, you see ( ... )

Bodyline has SOME good things, but a lot of bad stuff too. You have to be very careful and look at the quality of each item first. Their stuff is cheap but shipping is expensive, so I recommend getting a group order at egl_group_order.
In the Starlight
In the Starlight is a US-based store that makes cute and cheap clothes. Their stuff used to be all custom made but now it's pre-made but is adjusted to your size. They also have great bloomers and petticoats.

You can find some good stuff on here, just have to be careful about not being ripped off. You can always post a Want-to-buy post requesting items and specifying your measurements and price range. It's a good way to find some basic items.

We'd probably be in for going assuming I don't have to work whatever day it is. I've never really listened to BLOOD but if they're 2 blocks away I'll fail if I don't go. XD

Oh and about the Blood thing~~ I got a response from Jungle and they said that its like a photo/autograph session with the purchase of the CD on the event day (which I am assuming from the concert which I think is the day before O__o ) I havent heard much of Blood, but Juan really likes them so we might go to the concert. Who knows.
If anything I want to go to Tune In Tokyo. <3 And you guys are so close, why not? lol
