Name me a movie or a play with a very focused plot within a short time-frame and a small cast of characters. Automatic win if you name a movie that has only three major characters and/or has a continuous plot. No abstract/conceptual works please.

just watched charade? dunno if that counts - the plot is fairly focused (money/murder/mystery), and has maybe...5-6 real characters...and only two REALLY main ones...perhaps that doesn't count as quite three, but it's certainly not abstract or conceptual. it was sweet! I liked it

'Night Mother By Marsha Norman
Getting Out By Marsha Norman
Streetcar Named Desire (4 person cast really...)
Medea Material By Henrich Muller (I'll leave this up to you if this falls under abstract/conceptual...)

Those are all Plays.
Movies?

Raising Victor Vargas
The Puffy Chair (which is meh...)
Mouth To Mouth
Funny Games (again, very meh)

There you go. What's this for?
