LOLOL I would've checked my ears for possible damages if it were my mom saying it. But THEN AGAIN my mom had said some really weird things matter-of-factly though I believe it was the painkiller talking. I texted Chrissie about it soon after she said it ("How was Esplanade? Weren't there a lot of Caucasians? Oh no they're not tourists; they're bankers and white-collar expats. So was there interest? In you, I mean. They'll normally ask for your number if they're interested.") and we both had a "....." moment over SMS.
