Well you don't have to duel the Arishok if you don't want to (don't bring Fenris), just refuse to duel him and attack him. Your whole party joins in, and the fight is alot easier.

Heheh. Poor Tevinter mages. I can't believe you forgot them, they're Fenris' favorite topic.

No, it's not inevitable, but Fenris throws a snit if you decide not to go 1v1 against the leader of the qunari warrior arm, damned elf. But of course the heroic!thing to do is to duel him 1v1. It's not that hard as a mage if you spec properly beforehand. While recharging your spells, just run around and around the pillars, Indian movie style. It does take forever though, but you can do it. u need instant cast damage spells, glyph of stun, fully upgraded winter's grasp and cone of cold, petrify, stonefist, lightning etc.

*laughs* That must be PRECISELY why I forgot them. Because they're Fenris's favourite topic and I tend to shut off / roll my eyes whenever he goes off on his anti-mage rants, it is the only way I can cope with him.

M&Ms are chocolate... for a given value of chocolate. Chocolate just disagrees with dogs. But apparently the purer chocolates - the expensive / dark chocolates disagrees with them less - although it is still pretty much poison to them - just seems like M&Ms are super nasty.

And the vans going around my neighbourhood too! We go to vote on 7 May (next Saturday). I will keep my options open til the last moment :)

This is the first time I am voting! Mostly my constituency was always a walkover (e.g. no contest) or I was overseas the last time. :)

Ooh, yes! xD! I know chocolate is bad for dogs, but I thought elvaron said M&Ms weren't chocolate, haha. I figured M&Ms were pretty bad even if they're not made of chocolate. I GOT CONFUSED. (I HAVEN'T HAD M&MS IN YEARS! TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE-Y CENTER? & WHY DO I KEEP GOING ON ABOUT M&MS NOW I WANT SOME.)

My husky once ate a family-sized bag of M&M's. He wasn't very happy afterward.

Here you are throwing Dragon Age parties, and my roommate and I just sit and argue over who gets next playthrough, and poke fun at scenes we liked or didn't like and rant about all the crazy shit that happened.

The modern art bits are adorable. Poor Sebastian, sitting it out. You made the vow, dude. I love Hawke peeking out over the edge.

And Fenris! He's so working that glasses and hoodie look! Hawke looks like a friggin' redneck, lol.

I imagine if I were a husky, I would be unhappy afterwards also.

That's kind of like what my DA2 parties are like, except without arguments about the next playthrough because the next playthrough is always MINE. :D I think I'm the only person I know who's playing it on Xbox, everybody else is playing it on PS or PC.

I spent a very long time (this is sad actually) wondering who the guy sitting it out was. I concluded it was Sebastian after a process of elimination - the hair colour didn't fit what I remembered. :) INDEED. HE TOOK THE VOWS. NOW HE GETS TO LIE IN THE BED HE MADE. ALONE.

I love how Hawke is all >.> - he looks like he's plotting his escape. It also looks like Merrill is trying to braid his hair and he is all DO NOT WANT.
Fenris is usually the one who gets utterly hipsterised. My favourite one is the one where Varric convinced him frowning got hip.
I think of Hawke as SUUUUPER grungy architect. :)

Yes, we do still have the husky. Well, my mom does. My apartment doesn't allow dogs, and I think he's happiest at her house, since he's been there, you know, his whole life. His name is Chuko.

I play it on Xbox, too. To think only two short years ago the Xbox was a completely foreign concept to me. Now it's my best friend.
