hey.
i live in canada and last thursday on showcase the l word wasnt on, it was some show (tipping the velvet?), and it says for tonight the l word isnt on and its that damn show again. has it moved to another day??

im pretty sure its showtime not showcase,i dont have showtime anymore so i cant help u,plus it airs different days and times in different countries so im not sure about canada

Showcase is airing the three episodes of tipping the velvet, yes, but it's not replacing the L word. I'm not too sure if they're going to do rpeats of Tipping the Velvet.. but apparently it's really good! I want to see it. It's about a woman who figures out she's attracted to girls during the Victorian Period in England. It's a BBC production! LESBIANS IN CORSETS! Yes! I'm so sad I don't have showcase anymore.

i watched it the other night, its actually really good! although its a little bit too dramatic.

Tipping The Velvet is a three part thing, so it will be over next week. After that, who knows? The Showcase people are very impulsive or something; they start new shows before they've ended seasons of others. The bastards.
In the mean time you can rent The L Word from Rogers Video (and possibly Blockbuster) if you are dying of withdrawal.
You can also go to showcase.ca and email them about it (because they don't really update their website).
