Time to bring the good ol' southern traditions to the Emerald Isle. 1 kilo of raw peanuts in a pot now. 2 days... Boiled Peanuts!
They are soooo not ready!

Oh if only they were green as well. Green boiled peanuts are the best EVAH!! Tender and tasty! With lots of salt! Mmmmmmmmm!
