Come one, come all! Chef MadMan is cooking up two special 7-course menus (both vegetarian and meat) as part of a special Ryze foodie event on Jan 14 at Shiok. What is asian "pesto"? Mind sharing its recipe (off-LJ)? Ginger, lime and lemongrass sorbet? Have you started making desserts at Shiok?

Asian pesto is my variation of Italian pesto. Hence the quotes around it. Recipe is top secret. ;)

As for dessert, since we're making it for a large crowd and I know the numbers, I can make dessert. We make a regular desssert of musk melon sorbet too, which you might like.
