I have a buddy who has always been very faithful to the truth and he went to a secular and pretty ill-moraled university.

when his friends asked him why he didn't fornicate like they did instead of making a big moral debate out of it he would simply just say "sex will kill you man" for the reasons you list above

I thought it was a pretty interesting tactic
