I'm sure they glad they cleared that up with "of 2003" becasuse i'm sure people might be thinking it was like 1903 since no one had any power. my favorite part about this whole disaster is how everybody made a big concern about how no one had any air conditioing. ok...should that really be our biggest concern? what about having no water pressure?
