104 degrees in June did not feel that good.
104 degrees in September felt wonderful for some odd reason.
In any case, book-ending Summer 2011 in Palm Springs, CA was a treat, especially on someone else's dime.

In June I was there for 4 days before I finally noticed the life-size bronze of Sonny Bono.

When I am in Elmira, NY in January enjoying the balmy 10 degree weather and ice storms, jet-setting won't be the word.
