So my mom's surgery is set for Sept. 20th. She's opting to have a lumpetocmy (i.e. they won't chop her entire breast off) and radiation as the doctor said "it'd be a tragedy to take the whole breast in your situation." On another note... cute dress... very expensive. Plus it is difficult to imagine you not wearing all dark colors... or is that just me?

yeah, kind of expensive, but i haven't found anything cheaper. i figure if i get something at betsy johnson it will be just as much anyway. and i dont't wear dark colors all the time.

I will think good thoughts for your mom. I've been to the Cancer Center at Scripps and it is really, really nice. She'll be treated well there.

yeah, hopefully, she opts to do her radiation there too.

If your mom does do her treatment there it will be first class all the way. I went in there once or twice for school and the nurses were so nice to me and the patients. I will think good thoughts for her.

That dress is gorgeous!

I went out yesterday to the Anthropologie on Broadway (the one you went to) and I was supposed to be looking for a dress and instead I came home with a lavendar coffee cup, a cute towel and more of that soap I love. *sigh* I need to be focused!

I think I may go to BCBG this week after work.

If I find anything I'll post a photograph for you.

With that dress you'll be stunning as always :-)
