Dean's fingers stopped fumbling with the button on his jeans, "So, should I ask for forgiveness before we uh..."
"Normally you ask for forgiveness after you sin," Castiel replied. It was hard to tell but he seemed amused. "If you ask beforehand you're asking for permission."
"Yeah, uh, so do you think we should ask permission?"
Castiel gently pushed Dean's hands away from his pants and popped the button open. The sound of the zipper opening seemed unnaturally loud in the shabby motel room. "Do you think He would grant permission?" Castiel asked.
"Ummmm... I really don't know how He feels about..."
A strong hand covered Dean's mouth. "Trust me," Castiel said, "It is easier to ask for His forgiveness."
