Last Sunday I visited St. Mark’s. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I went to Catholic school when I was young (although, we’re not Catholic and I wasn’t raised in any church), and I’m somewhat familiar, albeit a bit rusty, with the movements and the cadences of liturgical services. Thank you! And yes, please try the book! I finished it last night, and now, I'm kind of glum about being done with it, it was so good! I tried to follow it up with this book about Angelica Houston and that didn't work! Lol I'm going to have to go back to the library and hunt up something besides that one.

I was just thinking earlier today how people always tell you, "Everything changes when you're married," but when you ask anyone, "How's married life?" they always say it's pretty much the same, you just have the same last name now (usually).

Your musings on your husband's tendencies was touching, in a way. It makes me want to form my own version of that list about the men in my life.

I'm so glad! Yeah, once I finished it, ever book after has been blah. I hate having to try to follow up a book I really enjoy.
