I've had such an off week! I wanted to get the next challenge posted friday but that obviously didn't happen. Just bear with me, everything should be back to normal within a week or two.

I actually thought the coloring in this icon was amazing, I like the crop, very nice icon my dear. I hope you stick around for the next round and continue to help us out by voting! :-)

01 - The words seem slightly hard to read. I don't know if its just me.. but the textbook could be slightly bigger.
01 - the texture on the icon doesn't work well. i like the coloring and the text, but the texture distracts me.
02 - it's very plain. the font is anything special, and not much was done to the icon in general.

03 - Ariel with grey skin really doesn't work for me!
05 - Part of the picture looks a bit blurry
05 - it's mine but i don't like it as much in comparison to the others. >.<
05 - there's just way too much going on in this icon. too many brushes, textures, etc.
05 - Too "vintage", I'd expect more colors for an animated icon.
05 - brushes are very bad, and colors are terrible
06 - The dolphins blend into the background too much
06 - too monochromatic, doesn't seem to have a focal point
06 - Black and white doesn't really work when there is so little contrast. Also, the focal point seems to be the tiny text and the little squares while the dolphins are just peripheral.

06 - The idea was good but this style doesn't go well with an animated icon. Plus, the b&w coloring makes it uninteresting.
08 - I feel that the colours are very dull and Aurora and Philip could have been bigger.

07 - I liked the image selected and the text fit in well with it.
07 - The size transition between fonts is neat, it fits the spacing and is still easy to read too.
08 - although it's a little sharp, i like the coloring.
08 - just perfect, exactly my style, I love the colors and it was a great idea to duplicate the picture.
09 - wow! awesome cropping and color.
09 - perfectly matches the theme "magic" The light textures fit the icon and the coloring is great.
11 - It was hard to choose from this section, but I love this one. The sparkles' patterns of the wand got me.
12 - The colouring, the cropping, the subtle frame around it - all very nice!
12 - it's clean, nice, and the coloring isn't overpowering. :]
12 - nice icon: almost all piter pen's character in one icon(!!)? good crop
13 - well balanced, nice color, good subject
15 - The crop is good and I like the colouring.
15 - Very simple and clean looking
