I love my laptop. Really, I have loved my laptop very well and it has been one hell of a trooper for all that it's been through! Don't believe me? Well, it has been my primary (often only) computer for almost 2 years now. It has made 4 transatlantic flights and and I think 6 shorter ones. This is the same exact thing that is going on with my laptop! It's 3 years old, fans are giving out and parts are moving where the are not supposed to. I think I can get another year out of it though (or I am in denial, idk)

I COULD probably get another year out of it but I don't want to get annoyed with it in the end so I'm giving it about six months before I will PROBABLY CAVE.

I think they're the marks of a well-loved computer.

My dad used to run a computer repair business so I'm planning to just hand it to him for an afternoon this weekend (while I go in withdrawal from NOT BEING ATTACHED TO IT AT THE HIP), so I figure he'll take care of it, check for loose screws, etc. He's pretty good.

I don't mind comments! I don't defriend people because I hate them or anything, it's just my f-list was getting a bit unweildy and it was well past overdue to be done!

I owned a Dell Inspiron E1505 for years. Until the Graphics card died, the screen had red lines through it, and the poor thing couldn't hold a charge anymore. They do seem to last, but when they start to go, they really go.

I just bought a new laptop this week! A Sony Vaio NW series. It's fabulous.

I shop at newegg.com for all my computer stuff.
-No sales tax. So you save a bundle.
-It's a reliable site and they ship wicked fast.
(I ordered on the 31st, it shipped on the 1st and was it here on the 3rd.)
-Pretty decent prices. Take a look =)
