Yeah, I really needed that encouragement, too. Even though things are still going well and we're more than covering rent each month with LV income now, I've just been in such a slump about it, feeling like we were never going to make more progress (which has partially been our own fault for not having meetings the last 2 months!). So this is very, very good.
