Believe me, your therapist knows what they're doing in trying to get you into doing good.
And I'm not just saying that in the sense of being a fluffy-bunny-do-gooder. Okay, maybe the do-gooder title is correct but it is by no means shallow.
By writing down the good things that happen is a form of acknowledgement and pretty soon you'll find that the good things out-weigh the bad. In a religious sense it would be making your God bigger than your Devil. That can be taken literally or metaphorically but it means wonders for you ( ... )
