I understand what you mean by the first part...and sometimes you just have to realize you need to tell the person what you feel because you might just be being ignorant you know? like i know when i feel like that i find myself just being plain old mean to the person...when it would be much easier to tell them.
you can tell me anything anytime, but i am sure you know that
