LOL! It's taken out of context. Not even the crazy Dina Lohan would say that.

She said (after someone said that Lindsey was receiving special privileges including a cell phone), Of course she doesn't have cell phone privileges. That's absurd."
That's not to say that Dina isn't absurd, herself.
