Being in a good mood should actually be defined as doing everything you can to not bring your mood back down. It’s so easy to break a good mood, but renewing your happiness seems to be a much more complicated and lengthy process

If memory serves, I'd say that just about everyone comes off as bipolar in journal entries from high school: That's the nature of being a teenager, I assume. Have fun being busy!
