Gambit! HOLY WHOA. he is the best superhero ever.
I'm making a Gambit movie to prove to everyone HE MADE XMEN. The comic book would've sucked without him.

for real. who else is so awesome that even though he can make anything he wants to explode (notice that he chose cards... cards is the single coolest thing a person can use as their medium for explosion) BUT he still carries a stick to do beatdowns with! nobody else has a beatdown-tool! he's so awesome. and what happens when he goes and destroys everything? no biggie, just havin' fun and bein' french. no big deal.

God! he's so cool, i cant believe they didnt put him in the movies... he'd be the best freaking character ever. and you know who would play him. everyone knows! BRAD PITT! and let's not get started with how good a job he would do with that part...

i really agree with what you said about people drinking, going to church and putting up a front. I know exactly who you are talking about and you dont even need to say names. They sicken me. I cant believe they wont change--especially the one who called me to church in the first place. If you're going to set example to other people, especially non christians- you need to act like the person you should act like. I'm sick of it--Mig's sick of it--Ms. Laurie is sick of it--and most inportantly GOD IS SICK OF IT. Wake up to the world of christianity--there are things you JUST DONT DO. Another thing on that list is cussing. STOP. It makes you look stupid. People really look up to you when you act like a real christian, not a fake one that puts on a mask on sundays and wednesdays.

if you have something to say to someone, say it to them. and we all know who you're talking about with the cussing thing so it's not very annonymous at all. and mainly, im not even talking about someone you know. saying "im not going to name any names, but..." usually means you're going to do your best to tell exactly who they are without blatantly saying their name and pointing them out for public ridicule, but you open the door for everyone to hate them. im really not trying to be mad, and im also really trying not to be mad but i leave you with one more thing. ms. laurie isnt just sick of hypocrites coming to church, one thing she's very audibly sick of is people dropping hurtful comments on livejournal.

If i was, then obviously they know they need to change if it hurts them that bad. How is what i said making you mad? I'm backing you on this...

it makes me mad that i make a really broad generalization (broad for a very good reason) and you came in and started pointing fingers like you knew who i was talking about. we know who you were talking about, you always complain about how your cousin heard him cuss and doesnt want to go to church. everybody knows. so therefore it's turning into one more church-gossip-team-meeting and i dont want that to be on my journal.

and they're not going to change (clearly) so why make them hate you because you bad-mouth them on livejournal. because if they were to quit drinking because "you hurt them so bad with a comment" then where would God be in it? but if they were to quit because you showed them love and cared for them... then God would have the glory and things would be better rather than exponentially worse.

yes agreeing with me is fine, and yes disliking the practice of i can only have one more because i have church in the morning is fine but when you start accusing that's when i find alot of fault in your argument for love.

the only problem with that is back then cursing was an actual curse, like if i were to curse you then i would wish for you to die and say that i wished you would die and hoped that you'd die.
