Sylvie was definitely a little irritated that Jax wouldn't tell her where they were going but she intrigued. And the whole surprise thing was romantic.

Jax could be romantic when he wanted to be.

In the end she chose a simple black dress. Can you go wrong with the lbd? It wasn't long, but modest (kind of), the hem fell just below the knee. It was a halter style with a deep v-neck, it showed some cleavage, but not an indecent amount, she had a couple of shawls she could pair with it but she wasn't sure which color. She was wearing plan back heels.

Sylvie kept her makeup light, just making sure her skin had a healthy glow . She left her hair down with a little curl.

When she looked in the mirror course she immediately saw the flaws, but the longer she looked she was able to convince herself she looked lovely. She took a picture to send to Cade and Val, they'd tell her the truth

She opened the door and jumped, not expecting Jax to be right there, "oh hello!"

Jax opens his mouth to speak to her but it takes a minute to find the words. She really looks beautiful. He sure it's comical, watching him open and shut his mouth several times. Thankfully his parents have quietly disappeared into other areas of the house so his embarrassment is only being witnessed by Sylvie.
