The only one in that list that's actually an exception to the rule is the technical words one (which seems reasonable). The rule exists for the instance where it's confusing not to cover every instance where the two letters are found in conjunction in the english language, cause that's just silly. Most of those 'exceptions' should be blatantly obvious. (Also you misspelled weird and forfeit.)

The first time I posted the list, I misspelt a lot more than those two. Because I had been looking at them, my brain couldn't get arround the correct spelling. hopefully I will regain correct spelling over time.
