its an older apartment/duplex building. Two apartments upstairs and two downstairs. The left side of the building are 2 bds and the right side are 1 bds. The upstairs neighbors moved into the 2bd apartment above us from the upstairs 1 bd apartment. So basically she and her daughter just moved over.
I am begining to wonder why the lady below them moved out not too long ago..
