I've got just one thing to say...

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Who says you can't find wisdom in Star Trek quotes? Points if you know what character said it; extra bonus points if you can tell me the exact episode the quote appeared in. No using the Intarwebs to find out either!

It was that one guy, you know, the really smart one, in that one episode. You know, the one with the really good quote.

Because everyone can use a little levity once in a while.

Scotty- Friday's Child... though the quote originated in Russia I think.

"I'm a Doctor not an escalator"

I actually modified this quote for a song I wrote not too long ago. But I'd thought it proverbial, too, instead of Star Trek-related.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice.... don't fool me again!

I think that's a Simpsons quote.

If you don't mind my sick butt being around, I can commiserate with you on nonoptimal life choices over a pint of New York Super Fudge Chunk.

Here's hoping that today is the start of a truly awesome year!
