It'll go to Supreme Court. And Alito is, at the very least, a firm proponent that the president can do what he wants. Roberts will probably vote that way too. I only hope that the rest have more sense than that. Maybe I'm crazy, but I can't even see Scalia voting with Alito on this though... he's a big originalist and the Framing Fathers were big believers in freedom.

Interesting, yes.

You know what else is interesting? The old guard Justices don't vote on party lines. Roberts and Alito however... yeah...
