Sorry for the horrible mental image and even worse humor - but just can't resist. many really fat people already have most of their weight below their waist too :)
anyway, what this tells us is that a) excersize is good, and b) lack of excersize is bad. you still can't specifically target a place you want to lose weight, and it's still all on the butt and thighs.
so find the time to go dancing again! (and no, that doesn't imply that you need to lose anything :)
