Yay! You didn't leave Tracy in the depths of despair - though I dare say she'll have a cracking headache the next day...

Interesting developments on the Daphne friend... and the Granger one. I wonder if she'll have any time to plan the mass protest?

And then some :-)!

The Mass Protest is a central feature of the next chapter but it's really only the beginning.

Thanks for reading and commenting - glad to know you're still with me!

Great to see more of Tracey, and I like your Tracey-Hermione interaction (the row with Daphne is also very true to life.)

I'm really looking forward to seeing where you're going with this.

Glad you think the interactions are true to life. Its funny to be writing the POV of a sixteen year old girl when I've just turned 50. Some memories, however, stay with you all you life long.

I'm on a roll at the moment and I really hope I can get it finished before Deathly Hallows comes out.

Thanks for reading and commenting!

I just happened across this fic and am enjoying it very much! It's so cool to see another side of the whole blood purity issue and to realize how difficult it must be for Muggleborns. I think it helps to see it from a Slytherin's perspective, but I'm glad you're bringing in Granger (and hopefully others) to show that even people like the Weasleys really aren't offering true equality. I've just never seen any fanfic like this. What an original approach!

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it.

Events are going to gather pace from now on, and yes, we'll be seeing a bit of other favourite Potter characters in forthcoming episodes!

Hurrah for Granger, the wise old campaigner.

I am now curious about what Snape's attitude will be... He is, after all, a pragmatist.

Oh, I couldn't bring mass protest to Hogwarts without letting Hermione in on it, could I? She'd be most upset!

As for Snape - yes, you're right. He's a pragmatist and he also has other things on his mind at the moment :-).

I bet McGonagall is just pissed because she can't wear pretty panties. tourdefierce June 1 2007, 01:46:16 UTC

Thank you!

It's really lovely to receive a positive review like this, and I'm glad you're enjoying the story. I'm hoping to have the next chapter finished pretty soon.

Great to have made another friend, especially another veggie. The only meat cravings I've ever suffered from were for scotch eggs and sausage rolls, which is odd because there isn't much meat in either in the first place. I think it's something about the taste.
