Project Dog - and update

I’ve decided that, despite the ever-growing ironing pile and the million-and-one other jobs I have to do at this time of the year, it’s time for an LJ update - so here’s a belated status report on Project Dog.

That does sound fun. I'm fond of dogs, but not enough to put in the work necesary to have one (tho' with work it would be impossible anyway).

It is difficult to give a dog the attention they need when you're out at work all day. My Sister-in-Law the Bank Manager solves that problem by leaving the dog with her mum during the day. Dog is thoroughly spoiled and gets the best of both worlds.

Picsou's quite happy to lounge around in his basket watching us work provided he gets walked twice a day and is allowed to sit on hubby when we have a tea break.

We have loads and loads of pictures but as I've only a basic account I probably won't be posting many, I'm afraid. I'm loathe to pay for LJ time as the whole situation with it seems to change on a daily basis at the moment.

Omg, he is lovely. I'm so happy for you and glad you're all settling in smoothly to the new arrangement.

I so need a pet. But a bigger flat will have to come first.

Thanks! Looking for a bigger flat is probably a good idea at the moment with the UK property market the way it is. It's just the time to buy right now.
