When I was a youngish thing, I used to be such a fan of Remington Steele. Right down to fanfic that I had no place to post because, er, that was life before WWW.

Heh. Me, too. I came across it when escaping from Miami Vice, and I kind of figured it would just be sort of nostalgia cheese, but, you know, the first season actually holds up pretty well. I was pleasantly surprised. Plus, you know, Pierce Brosnan. Hello.

Aside from the suggestion to watch Miami Vice, I think you and I are leading the same life this week:)

Heh. Well, I'd say you win for missing out on the miami vice. I was so happy to be able to go to the Pushing Daisies unaired eps showing -- and well done you on scoring a last minute ticket. The whole presentation was just so great (how sweet was Brian Fuller? And how great was Chi McBride, and Ellen Green choking back tears?), there was so much joy there. I'm glad they had so many of the crew and writers there, too. It was just a room full of love and awesome.

I just... my love for Chi McBride knows no bounds, and I got ridiculously teary when Ellen Green started to cry. And it was so nice to have the writers and crew there as well because if any show had to have been a team effort, this was it!

Also, Bryan Fuller is ridiculously adorable.
