So, a few weeks ago... I had a vision. It was not a dream. Anyone who tells me otherwise can t.a.f.f.t.a.r.d*! So, yes. Right then.
. So, I was trying to fall asleep, and started tapping my hand to the beat of my heart, in efforts to finally lull myself away... kind of the same idea behind counting sheep. Just tryin to find a rhythm, ya know? Anyway, so basically I start to trance out. And the beat I'm drumming changes, not because I did it intentionally, but its like my hand took on a mind of its own, listening to something I couldn't hear.
I fade to black.
Images make themselves clearer in this darkness. My eyes were wide open the entire time. I see Harbie. She looks at me, but her eyes are not feline. They're human. I hear a human voice in my head I know was hers. And she kept saying "Please don't be scared. It will all be over soon." I get a little scared, and I see two large figures looming near me. They come out of the darkness, into focus. The size of full grown men. Bipedial. Half Human, half Cat. One grabs me and reels me into them, my head thrown over their shoulder. The strength it held me with was superhuman. The other approached me, put his hand on the small of my back. His hand sunk unto my skin and clutched onto the end of my spine. It started to pull. The pain was unlike anything I'd ever felt and I screamed louder than I thought possible. I heard Harbie say "don't worry. Its almost over." It kept pulling. The end of my spine exited my flesh and contiuned to stretch. When it was over, I was released. I looked behind me. I had an absolutely gorgeous, albeit slightly blood-tinged tail. I looked at Harbie again, and I swear to christ she smiled at me. I saw my reflection, in what, I'm not sure, but my features had begun to change. My skin was grey and black tiger striped, and I was slowly begining to take the form of the two bipedial creatures who stood before me. My eyes were very cat like. I don't remember much else, aside from waking up with a terrible pain in my lower back... where the tail would have been... Still feels like something's there from time to time.
And then, last night...
I felt this horrid pressure under my nails. It hurt like hell. My skin was again tiger-striped. I watched claws breaking through my skin and nails, trying to extend fully. Two were unable to break through my fingers, and the pain was getting unbearable. I started to scratch and rip away at my hands to make it easier. When all was said and done, the blood subsided, I looked at my hands. They were now fully clawed, and even partially webbed, as a cat's would be. I woke up this morning with claw marks on two of my fingers, which now look as if they've been through a hail of shrapnel.
