I’ve been trying to post this for a couple of days but LJ has been being most unco-operative. Stupid LJ.

Anyhoo, on Tuesday I jumped on a train and went to Newcastle to meet up with turps33 and see My Chemical Romance. It was awesome.

Ooh, good pictures! You were close - or is that a reeeeally long lens?!

The first support was Lostalone who were musically very tight and were obviously so happy to be on the tour. Their enthusiasm was all kinds of infectious. Also, they had amusing hair.

Hahahaha!

They're having a ball :D

(And my lord, the hair. Mark used to have SUCH luscious hair, now it's kinda post Weller.)

But enough of my shameless kidnapping of one paragraph - sounds like you had a fabulous riot, congratulations!

Um, kind of a combination - we were in the first block of seating by the side of the stage and it was a fairly small arena, but my camera also has super-duper zoom on it.

My Chem love your boys a LOT. They spent a lot of the rest of the European leg of the tour tweeting about how good they are and they've mentioned them in interviews a lot as well :D
