for some reason, i wake up on tuesdays with the most horrible headache. this is the fifth tuesday in a row, where i woke up with the muscles in my neck all tense, causing me to have the headache from hell.

several ibuprofen later, im still trying to focus. no dream journal today, i cant remember because im in too much pain.
